Once you agree to move forward to manufacturing your product, we bring your ideas to life. We are with you every step of the way. TALENTO will even take you to visit your manufacturer overseas. This way you can get to know the people making your products.

You start paying for this part of the process as per the detailed quote you accept before we go ahead. This is where you take ownership of the groundwork TALENTO has done for you. You are now ready to manufacture your product.

This is how it works. There are a further five phases.

Prototype phase

A prototype is built according to the details of the quote within the agreed timeframe. At the end of this phase, you receive a working model. This gives you the opportunity to check the design and functionality, give feedback and request any changes. Once you are happy we move onto manufacturing your products.

Tooling phase

When you sign off on the prototype, we move onto tooling manufacturing your product. We provide you with samples for your approval throughout the manufacturing process. You can see the quality and test the overall functionality before signing off on full production.

Testing & Certification phase

This is where any product that must meet Australian or international standards goes through an accredited testing phase to receive certification.

Purchase order and manufacturing

Now everything is ready to go, you put in a purchase order and pay a deposit. This goes to the manufacturer to produce your products. TALENTO oversees the entire manufacturing process and monitors quality assurance until ready for delivery.

Shipping

You can use your own international shipping agent or we can organise one for you. It is up to you. Our vast network of connections can make shipping cost-effective straight to your door.
